hey guys i'll be starting crossbow hunting this year in md on public land, i'm thinking it will be very hard but fun to do also i live on the eastern shore of md.

I`m sure you`ll enjoy it Public land stalker. Lots of great public areas on the shore. I`m on the other side of the State,but used to hunt waterfowl and small game years ago down that way.

Plus, we Marylanders are lucky, the eatern shore has the sika deer in the marsh.

I see your no stranger to hunting from your avatar, but be sure to PRACTICE with that crossbow,and remember,it is a limited weapon without the range of a firearm,so do your homework and scout for spots to get close to the game.

Arrows kill by causing massive hemorrhaging,not by shock like a bullet,the broached needs to be placed perfectly in the heart and lungs.
