Man Kansas is a long way from LA. If you don't mind me asking how did you get started hunting in Kansas? I have plans to make a public land trip to MO next year.

Had a guy I worked with that killed a 196" gun kill in 08 and said there was deer everywhere so I looked for the most public land i could find in 2 adjoining units and put in for the tag in april and have gotten draw every year.

nice looking deer. saw them on AT as well. Good job! Did a hunt last year in KS while we were filming for our show. Took a nice buck on some walk in property near Hays.
